Skyline 13M

Forcast looked like a whiteout.
How could they be so wrong?
........
Sunshine, new (windblown) powder
rigged 13 thinking I would depower it for a while
then be perfect as the wind got lighter.
F+++ing North depower cleet wouldn't hold the line with a little snow in the teeth.
So I had full power and was overpowered
Shoulda rerigged, but,,,,didn't
Went up the hill a few times,
and still rough, and further up the hill
started getting overpowered.
The Fuel ATL worked great, instant launch.
Cloud 9 guys there, left kinda early.
I stayed a little longer by myself, but not very long.

Skyline 16.5

Light winds, (avg. 10.8) light snowpack,
Jon and I tore up the little bit of freshies there were
and I tore up the botton of my rock board
I rode up the hill
but to rough, and to much brush
fun in the sun
but need more snow

ULSSB 13m

Jon was there when we arrived
rigged 11m but quickly changed to 13m
The ATL SUCKS, but I'll work with it
the kite was rigged wrong,
but still had fun till it almost died
I came in, and it picked back up
In the cold, once commited to taking off gear,
it's to cold to put it back on.
That drysuit I have on order may fix that.
(watching video Doug took, I realize I had
my 5th line to tight, not the ATL's fault)

Willard 16.5

Willard was wonderful
after all the years of
bad days windsurfing at Willard
this was a little payback.
Still choppy, bumpy crap
smaller boards ruled
but quite smooth wind all afternoon
just me Doug and Vern 1:00 till 4:00
